Left: The Rolette Train Depot just before it was torn down. Couldn't they have turned it into a museum or something? I remember Daddy bring his cream there and leaving it on the front platform. His cream cans had little name plates riveted on with his name and address so they would be returned to him when they were empty. |

Right: The Rolette Public School as it was before it was razed to make way for a new (and improved??) institution of learning. The section on the far right of the picture was the High School Assembly Hall. Below the Assembly was the old Gym, which is still used today. This facade faces the west. The section at the bottom right was relatively new, built in the 1950's. The lower windows on the left of the picture housed the Lunch Room. The middle windows were for Grades 5 - 8. The upper level was the High School |
